Terms and Conditions
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you've paid for shipping. And we have not shipped.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Glamour By DKUK, for a full product refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us before we can refund.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if the product is faulty or Glamour have shipped in incorrect item. Communication is key so please may we ask that you are polite and give as much information as requested, our staff will do their upmost to help you. However rude, threatening or aggressive behaviour will result in us terminating all contact.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. To obtain a refund or exchange, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return. Any footwear must not have been worn outdoors. However you may try the footwear for size on a clean carpeted floor.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 14 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
Its very important that you contact us if you want to return, we are a no paper company you can contact us 24/7
We have the right not to refund if you send goods back without contacting us first.
WE DO NOT REFUND ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, we will ensure we will deal with this as a priorty and send out your items in the orignal order ASAP.
Glamour Glitter cannot be return in any circumstances.
All Accessories cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case we would ask you to contact us first for a return number, without that we may not refund.
All orders for Goods are subject to availability.
Glamour designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate however, specifications may change.

Glamour welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
All information and material submitted by you to Glamour or that you publish on any public area of the Glamour web site is on a non-confidential basis. Glamour may use, edit, copy, republish and distribute (for any purpose) and authorise others to do the same, any such information or material and any ideas contained in such information or material.
Availability of the Site
We cannot promise that the Site will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Site you should report it to email@example.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we can. Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new content. We will attempt to restore access as soon as we reasonably can.
The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database right and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content on the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not on a server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without written permission from the Glamour By DKUK
The Site provides content from other internet sites or resources and while Glamour tries to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If Glamour is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
This clause shall not limit or affect our liability if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.
Overseas use of the Site
We make no promise that the materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Data Protection and Privacy
E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address. You can unsubscribe at any time by either opting out at registration or by following the link in the email, or by unsubscribing via your account options.
Glamour intends to rely upon the written terms set out here. If you require any changes, please make sure you ask for these to be put in writing by Glamour. In that way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Glamour and you the customer are expected to do.
This information is supplied in English only and we will continue to communicate in this way during your agreement with us.
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
